В квартире чисто. Постельное белье и полотенца чистые. Заселились поздно вечером, почти в 23-00. Хозяин квартиры был всегда на связи, доброжелателен и не навязчивый.

Advantages:

Неплохое расположение: рядом супермаркет, кафе, до центра не далеко. Цена, чуть ниже чем у конкурентов.

Disadvantages:

Минусов много: продавленый матрас (пружи упираются в спину), неисправные шланги в душевой кабине (помыться тот ещё квест), из слива раковины течет, неприятное постельное белье из синтетики, не самый приветливый хозяин.
