Отличное расположение, нужно было как раз у дворца Школьников. Есть вся необходимая для проживания техника. Авто запарковать не проблема, вокруг есть места. Хозяин оперативно решает вопросы и может подсказать если что-то нужно. Ехали из России в первый раз.
